Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt & ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil
- Placed diced ham in pie shell
- Add sautéed mushrooms
- In a large bowl mix eggs
- Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes, until crust is golden brown
- Let cool and enjoy!
